How To Spot A Casino Bonus Scam

Category: Portrait Paintings – Tags: , , – tkwriter 7:03 pm

I am going to give you some information about casino bonuses and why you should be wary of accepting them. From the outside looking in, a bonus can seem very attractive and it seduces a lot of people into playing in online casinos.

An example of what I am talking about is a huge advertisement on the casino website, offering around $500 free with your first deposit. These bonuses are so cleverly advertised that the vast majority of people believe that they are getting this money free of charge.

Let’s be logical here for one moment, do you really think online casinos are in the gambling business to give people money?. No they aren’t, these bonuses come with very strict requirements in order for you to get your hands on the bonus.

What normally happens is you get your bonus, normally up to $500, which will match whatever deposit you make. You can’t just simply cash it out though, you need to play with it and meet wagering requirements.

Usually, the amount you must wager is 40 times more than your bonus. This means that you will have to place a bet worth 40 times more than your bonus just to cash the bonus amount out. With this in mind the bonus suddenly doesn’t sound very attractive does it?.

Sadly things go even more downhill from this point, as the wagering requirements are not included if you would like to play roulette or blackjack. This is because roulette and blackjack can be played using safe bets, and these in turn could be used to easily increase the wagering requirements total.

Also, the casino will remove your bonus if you attempt a withdrawal prior to making the required total, and your withdrawal will not be processed. In my opinion it’s a big scam, the casinos give you bonuses to tie you in, not to be kind.

There are other requirements that you also need to meet, including playing on slot machines and games such as this which have a very low win rate. My advice is to simply not bother accepting the bonus; you will save yourself a lot of hassle.
